Here at MGear Apparel, we stand by the quality of our items and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with our items for any reason, we offer a money-back guarantee. Simply fill out and submit our item RETURN POLICY FORM, after reviewing our return policy, and we will start the process of generating a refund for your purchased item. PLEASE NOTE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE SUBMITTING THE RETURN POLICY FORM.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at MGearApparel.com. We’ll be as brief as possible. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at MGearApparel.com, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your purchased item from MGearApparel.com to return it, after which, It will no longer be eligible.
  • Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging as delivered.
  • To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Defective Item Returns

If the item is new, unused, or unwanted, it can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. All shipping costs for non-defective items will be the customer’s responsibility. All refunds will be issued within 2-4 weeks of receiving the item back to us.

Defective Item Returns

All defective items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund with no restocking fee. MGear Apparel will cover all shipping costs.

Additional Return & Exchange Policies

All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Any large volume orders of 20 pieces or more can be returned in accordance with the guidelines mentioned above and policies within 14 days of receiving your order. Large volume orders requesting refunds will be issued their refunds within 4-6 weeks of receiving all the item back to us. MGear Apparel views “14 days of receiving your order” as starting when we receive delivery confirmation of the order in question.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-returnable items include Face Mask, Underwear, Jewelry, Custom Items, and Sale Items.

In Addition, We Will Not Accept:

  • Items damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage).
  • Items showing excessive wear and tear.
  • Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
  • Items with a missing label or label that has been defective.
  • Items returned for personal reasons unrelated to item performance or satisfaction.
  • Items that have been soiled or contaminated.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will notify you via email that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you would prefer another item, return the unwanted merch for a refund and place a new order online via our website.
